I love watching students become confident in the kitchen. But today's lifestyle requires flexibility. For that reason, I offer a variety of options for sharing wonderful food experiences. I schedule classes at my "corporate" kitchen that is an intimate, comfortable, professional venue for small groups. Each class that takes full advantage of the season's bounty.

I call these full participation, hands-on, semi-private cooking classes. Every class makes full use of the ample counter space and professional equipment. I demonstrate how to do the techniques, and the recipes are clear and easy to follow.

Each class includes a delicious seasonal menu with wine. The class will focus on how to eat wisely, stretch your food dollar, not just for each evening's menu but also with tons of helpful low cost savings and useful kitchen tips. I can help you keep healthy eating habits while stretching your food dollars.

Regular scheduled group cooking classes on Wednesday 6-9pm $100 per person/per class.
Special event cooking classes Monday — Friday, $105 – $150 per person.
Special event cooking classes Saturday or Sunday, $125 – $175 per person.
Private cooking lessons Monday — Friday, $350 per person, Saturday or Sunday $450.
